Lesson Cancellation policy

Payment is due at the time of booking. Lessons that are canceled/rescheduled within 24-hours of the scheduled lesson time are subject to the full lesson fee.

Lessons that are canceled/rescheduled less than 48-hours but more than 24-hours from the scheduled lesson time are subject to a 50% rescheduling/cancellation fee.

Lessons canceled/rescheduled with more than 48-hours notice are not subject to any fees.

Monthly Lesson Members:

Monthly lesson members that miss sessions through not scheduling sessions, no show, or cancel within 24-hours can attend the monthly group make-up session (max 1 per month). No unused sessions rollover.

Members are automatically enrolled month-to-month after the 4-month commitment has been completed.
